Hudson Williams wore our favorite natural-looking cheek tint to carry the Olympic torch

Hudson Williams is on fire right now.

The “Heated Rivalry” breakout star continued his headline-making hot streak on Sunday, serving as an Olympic torchbearer in Feltre, Italy alongside co-star Connor Storrie.

And while his complexion looked glowy and luminous, it wasn’t just because of the ceremonial flame. He teamed up with his go-to groomer, Aika Flores, on a look created entirely with Merit products, including tha brand’s Flush Balm in the shade Cheeky.

While I’ve tried plenty of products as an associate shopping editor, Merit’s blush has become one of my holy grail beauty buys. It looks so natural, and the creamy formula makes it really hard to mess up. (I even gave my mom some for Christmas, and now she’s hooked too.)

Perfect for makeup newbies and experienced beauty lovers alike, it blends in like a dream with fingertips or a brush. (I love pairing it with the brand’s Bronze Balm — which lives up to its marketing as the “easiest bronzer ever” — for an extra sun-kissed look.)

The Canadian actor-turned-fashion darling isn’t the only star swiping on Flush Balm, as we’ve also spotted Reese Witherspoon, Amy Poehler, Tracee Ellis Ross and Dakota Johnson — to name just a few — wearing it on red carpets.

Meanwhile, Salma Hayek included it in her Vogue “Beauty Secrets” segment, saying, “I don’t want to look overproduced.”

For his torch-bearing look, Williams also used the brand’s Brow 1990 pencil, The Uniform — a tinted sunscreen we’ve also put to the test — and The Minimalist, a foundation-concealer hybrid, in the shade Sand.

And his skin prep consisted of the clean company’s Great Skin Double Cleanse, Priming Moisturizer and Instant Glow Serum. (Martha Stewart’s a fan of the latter, having incorporated it into her “easy five-minute makeup routine.”)

When it comes to minimalist makeup, few brands hold a candle (or should we say, torch?) to Merit.
