Coco Jones is taking her talents to the 2026 Super Bowl.
Jones was announced as a preshow performer before it was determined that the New England Patriots would take on the Seattle Seahawks at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California. The former Disney Channel star is set to perform “Lift Every Voice and Sing” before kickoff on Sunday, February 8.
“We’re bringing the energy to Super Bowl LX,” Jones said in a December 2025 statement, referring to herself along with fellow preshow performers Charlie Puth and Brandi Carlile.
Now that it’s almost game time, Jones has offered more details about how she’s getting ready to perform for such a big crowd.
“Jumping around, for sure. I get very antsy right before a performance. It’s a little weird, you know?” the singer explained during Apple Music’s Super Bowl LX halftime show press conference, days before the game. “You just gotta know me to know what’s going on. I’m just trying to get the nerves out, so I’m just moving a lot, like randomly.”
Jones explained she just has “so much adrenaline” before a big show.
“Also, randomly, I do like to eat Lay’s chips before I sing. I don’t know,” she added. “Whitney Houston said that it makes your voice more oiled and loose, so now I just do it all the time.”
