“Jumanji” actor James Handy made his last public appearance in 2017, almost a decade before being fabtally stabbed by his girlfriend’s son.
In a photo taken on Sept. 24, 2017, Handy sat beside the cast of the 2021 mockumentary comedy film “Senior Entourage” — specifically David Lockhart, Ed Asner, Mark Rydell and Helen Reddy, as well as director Brian Connors.
The group was gathered together at the Whitefire Theatre in Sherman Oaks, California for an early production concept event for the film, which didn’t come out until four years later.

Handy wore a fancy button-down shirt, black pants and black shoes in his final public appearance.
The late actor played Father MacGuffin in the movie, dubbed the “Seinfeld’ for seniors.”
Connors directed the independent film, which did not have a wide theatrical release.
