“Summer House” star KJ Dillard revealed he was hospitalized and diagnosed with borderline personality disorder (BPD).

“I actually had to go to the hospital for self-harm,” he told host Andy Cohen during part one of the Bravo show’s Season 10 reunion Tuesday.

“I was there for a week. Mia [Calabrese] and Ciara [Miller] were there almost every day,” Dillard added.

The reality star began to cry as he spoke about his months-long recovery.

“I got to focus on myself. I needed that,” Dillard, 28, said before sharing that he’s in therapy and taking medication.

“My whole life, I distracted myself and ran away from my issues instead of facing them head-on,” he added.

The “Hit the Floor” musician said he was diagnosed with BPD, which is a mental health condition that affects the way people feel about themselves and others, making it hard to function in everyday life, per Mayo Clinic.

“I’m grateful that I’m here alive because I could have not been. I’m thankful for the support of my friends. Like everyone here has somehow shown their support in their own way. So, I appreciate that,” he shared.

“I’m very thankful that the audience is embracing that, because it’s my truth. I’m not gonna not be honest about what I’m going through, especially if it can help others,” the Bravolebrity added.

“Summer House” star Jesse Solomon attempted to hold back tears as he lauded Dillard for sharing his “moving story.”

“I feel for you,” he said as Dillard hugged him.

Their castmate Carl Radke added that Dillard will “keep doing great stuff.”

Part two of the “Summer House” reunion premieres on June 2 on Bravo.
