Influencer Amanda Ivanelli is grabbing the attention of old and new followers alike after documenting her boob job on social media.
“I didn’t find much online, so I was like, I’m going to be the open book for everybody else,” Ivanelli, 38, exclusively shared with Us Weekly when explaining her decision to share her “mommy makeover.”
“And truthfully, I have been sharing from point A to where we’re at now in the recovery,” she continued. “We’ve had some ups and downs, mom guilt, a little bit of a wound issue, but I’ve been really open and transparent with my audience, and I think they appreciate it.”
In April, Ivanelli went under the knife with help from Dr. Scott T. Farber and received what she described as a “425cc Motiva Round Demi under the muscle plus breast lift.”

Her 1.7 million Instagram followers have had a front-row seat as she navigated fire alarms in hospitals, unexpected bloating, post-op surprises and questions about whether she made the right decision.
“I think it’s called post-op blues, and I definitely got that about two weeks after,” Ivanelli shared with Us while showcasing her new breasts in a Vuori top. “I wanted to do this for myself, but then I started questioning, like, maybe this was a bad time. … The thing is we can’t continue to question ourselves like that because it’s never going to be a good time. It’s never going to be the perfect time. And I needed to put that guilt aside and really focus on what makes me happy, what made me feel confident in my own skin.”
Ivanelli is grateful she had the support of her husband — known to followers online as C — who never pressured her to get plastic surgery. Instead, he was supportive and willing to help throughout the process. (He also gifted his wife a Birkin handbag after the surgery.)
While there are highs and lows when it comes to any surgery, Ivanelli is “so happy” with the results and ready to showcase her new boobs all summer long.
“I feel like I was so scared to do this, but after I did it, I’m like, ‘That was so easy. Like, what can I do next?’” Ivanelli said. “My husband wants to kill me, so that will not happen. I mean, maybe, like, a full tummy tuck, but I don’t know. We’ll see. I’m so happy with everything. It turned out amazing, and I’m healthy.”

For other moms out there who may be questioning whether plastic surgery is right for them, Ivanelli advised women to do their research and take their time finding a doctor who makes them feel comfortable.
She also urged her peers to have no shame in doing what makes them feel comfortable in their own skin.
“In order to be the best mom and the best wife, you need to be happy with yourself within,” she explained. “I pride myself on really taking care of me first before I can fuel everybody else, and that makes me a better wife and a better mother when I’m happy with myself. Right now, I feel like I can conquer the world.”
